Chelsfield Lakes Golf Club situated in Orpington, Kent. The nine hole course currently under construction for Crown Golf is being managed by Woodlands Environmental Limited of Poole Dorset with MJ Smith providing all golf course construction works. The course is being constructed using inert Grade B landfill and is due to be finished ready for seeding Spring 2008.
MJ Smith are contracted to develop the new 9 Hole addition to Padbrook Park in Devon. Currently a nine hole layout extending to eighteen works are due to commence on 17 December 2007. The contract includes the construction of nine USGA specification greens, nine sets of tees, primary drainage system, earthmoving/shaping and all finishing works.
